My main area of focus is CranioSacral Therapy as taught by Dr. John Upledger of the Upledger Institute. Currently I serve as a teaching assistant and have been certified at the techniques level through Upledger. In addition, I hold a certification in Core Myofascial Therapy from the Core Institute in Tallahassee, FL. I graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 1995, am nationally certified by NCBTMB and am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
